Adding competencies to your MEFILE account

​Step by step instructions on how to add competencies to your personal MEFILE account.

Once you have set up your account start adding your competencies

Click on add new competency after you have logged in to your account

Choose the area your competency is for

Choose the specific course you have been trained in

Click ADD NEW COMPETENCY

Your competency is now showing on your account, you now need to upload a certificate and apply some dates

Upload a copy of your training certificate and add the date of training and the expiry date

All done, MEFILE is now working for you, no need to carry your ceetificates and we will remind you when you need a refresher

To view your certificate click "VIEW"

Your training certificate is avaliable on all your smart devices to prove you a trained and ready for work.

You now have your competency safe in the cloud with email reminders ready to be sent to ensure you never foreget to keep all your training up to date.
