Resetting your password requires email confirmation, make sure you have acces to the email account you used to set up your MEFILE profile.

Click the "Log in" button in the right had corner of the page,  this will take you to the "reset password" page. 

Follow the online instructions and you will be back online in no time. You will get a confirmation email with a link to follow.
